FAQ: 1. How long does it take from the time I submit my order until you begin working on the job? A proof will be prepared within two business days if you provide the proper files. If there are any problems with your files, we will contact you immediately to keep your project moving forward. 2. How long will it take until my jobs are delivered? There really isn't a short answer to this question. The time length varies depending on the different products. In general, after approval of the proofs, it is 3 business days for flyers and posters, 5-7 business days for pocket folders, brochures and catalogs, 7-10 business days for paper bags, 10-20 business days for hardcover books. For the foreign customers, it will be 20-30 days longer. 3. How do you receive the payment? For orders with value less than $5,000, you need to make full advance payment after approval of the proofs. For orders with value more than $5,000, you can transfer 50% deposit in advance. The rest before shipping. 4. How should I do with the original document? Firstly, please convert the text into paths, thus they can be correctly displayed. Secondly, please make sure that the document includes all necessary images that should not be lower than 280 dpis. Thirdly, please convert the color of the linked pictures from RGB to CMYK. Fourthly, please make sure that 3mm bleeding has been set. 5. What is your phone number and operating hours? Also we can call back if necessary. 6. Are your sheets different with the sheets in USA? For coated paper, there are mainly 80gsm, 105gsm, 128gsm, 157gsm, 200gsm, 250gsm and 300gsm paper in China. For offset paper, there are mainly 60gsm, 70gsm, 80gsm, 100gsm, 120gsm, 140gsm and 150gsm paper. Will I receive the equal quantity I order? In general, we ship you slightly more than you ordered, free of charge. On occasion, we ship slightly fewer pieces than you ordered. Printing industry trade standards allow that a 10% over run or under run constitutes delivery of your order and you will be billed accordingly. If you need a guaranteed quantity, we recommend that you order 10% over the minimum quantity you need. 8.Will my job match what I see if I select to have a PDF proof? We will do our best to match what you have seen. But some times the color will be different due to different technologies. 9. Can you deliver the job to my office? Yes, we can. But we prefer CIF.
